I have worked as a professional bridal makeup artist for over 10 years, and as a trained cosmetologist for over 20 years. Due to the in depth knowledge I have acquired over the years as a cosmetologist, I am able to advise you on how best to prepare your skin in the lead up to your big day. I will ensure that you have all the necessary knowledge to help you improve your complexion, and then with the best ‘canvas’ possible, I will enhance all of your natural beauty with a stunning makeup look that's right for you.

 

Once you have booked your consultation and trial I will ask you to consider which make up looks you find most pleasing and to bring example images along. Alternatively, if you are unsure about which look works best, you can leave it in my capable hands. We will use these examples as a starting point for discussion, to develop an understanding of your preferences. From this point, we will begin to create a look perfect for you on your wedding day. We will also discuss your skincare routine and any concerns you have with problem areas and how best to deal with them.

 

Over the years I have carried out training in bridal, fashion and editorial makeup at various makeup academies and schools, including; VIZIO in Rome, The Heather White Schools of Make-up, The Cheshire School of Make-up, various MAC Master Classes (I am a MAC Pro Member), and the prestigious Linda M Brown London Makeup Academy where I carried out one-to-one training with Linda; Linda was trained at the world renowned Glauca Rossi School of Makeup London and then progressed to become a trainer there herself before launching her own academy.

 

My professional development is something I am committed to and I undertake annual CPD (Continuing Professional Development) to keep my skills & techniques up to date. For 2016 I carried out training with ILLAMASQUA at their flagship store in Soho, London. I love this part of my job as I feel a great sense of fulfilment in knowing I am able to offer cutting edge, up to the minute techniques and products.
